You also have better control over who places ads on your blog and the length of time they will be up for.

Sell Text Ads in your sidebar. Your earnings should be around the same level, even if text ads don’t generate as much money but you can get more of them in the same amount of space. Test ads and their low price tempt advertisers because it’s a way to test your blog without paying a fortune for a graphic ad. Ten dollars per month is the average text-based add. A popular blog will automatically mean higher rates. You can fit two or three text ads in the same space a single graphic takes up which means you are likely to make money.

If you need to make a little extra money, there’s no better way than via blog monetization. Some people have replaced their full time income with blog monetization because they have done it so well. If you are like most, however, the money you earn will be merely supplemental to the money earned through bigger projects. Still, every extra dollar is important, isn’t it?
